1. There are spine and cam on the Tibial Insert, which substitutes posterior ligament and enhance stability. The insert owns good aapplicability, less joint constraint, large motion degree and simple surgical operation.
2. A continuous peripheral rim around the tibial tray reduces looseness and distortion of the polyethylene causing by the change of temperature.
3. Tibial tray and tibial insert has locking mechanism. The base of insert was designed with circular reversing-locking mechanism, which prevents press fit lift-off between tibial insert and tibial tray.
